What to expect

  1. You’ll sign a waiver. Don’t worry it’s just a formality and you’ll be guided by glassblowing experts.

  2. You’ll pick any 2 colours plus white for the glass you’ll be making.

  3. Melt away and let the oven take you on a journey.
Once it’s made you’ll sign the glass with your name, like a true artist.

  4. Pick your work of art up after 3 days or have it shipped. 3 days is enough time for the glass to cool and not crack.

FAQs

What should I wear?

Comfortable clothes, shoes (no high heels!) and sunglasses if you have them. Also, if you have long hair make sure it’s tied. Remember, it’s a physical activity.

Are kids allowed?

Yes. Children 6 and above are allowed with their parents. As long as they can follow directions, stay still and not touch the hot glass blowing pipes.

Can I make my own design?

No. These lessons are a way of introducing people to glass making. The pieces we have chosen for you are easy, this way you can enjoy it as a fun experience.

When can I take my glass home?

After 3 days. That’s enough time for the glass to cool off and not crack.

Do you ship across the US and how much does it cost?

Yes. It costs $12 to ship ornaments and paperweights, $18 for a vase. And, $2 for each additional piece if it’s being shipped to the same address.
