All of our glass is guaranteed and may be returned for any reason within 30 days of purchase with your sales receipt for credit, exchange, or refund. For a refund, send the package back to Thames Glass. If you'd like to an exchange an item, please contact us via email or call us at 401-846-0576, let us know what you'd like in exchange for your return, and then send the item back to us.
