All of our glass is guaranteed and may be returned for any reason within 30 days of purchase with your sales receipt for credit, exchange, or refund.

The shipping charges listed are for shipping & insurance via USPS Priority Mail in the continental United States. Please contact us via email or call us at 401-846-0576 for shipping outside the continental United States or for rush shipping.

 If you need the glass quickly or by a specific date, please call us at 401-846-0576 to find out if we will be able to ship what you want in time. 

We package most of our glass in white gift boxes with an informational card about Matthew Buechner and Thames Glass. Large or heavy pieces are packaged in a heavier, brown cardboard box.
